Transform uses the power of music to minister to the young-at-heart. Transform is "not for-profit" organization that performs benefit concerts and youth Masses to financially assist charities and individuals in need.
This young and young-at-heart group of singers, drummers, guitar players etc. totally enjoy performing together, spreading the love of Jesus to all. Over the past years, quite a few have graduated and left for college or joined the work force, but get together to "jam" when home on vacation or to plan a benefit. Sacred Heart, as well as other churches and functions have greatly been blessed to listen to their message and have their music touch many hearts. The love of Jesus shines through each of them.
